about the project
The Torrey Road Development Co. LLC (TRDC) was conceived by Dr. Rick Randall in 2004 to create a unique, mixed-use development in Fenton Township, Gennessee County, Michigan. This development combines residential, commercial/retail and natural spaces in a vibrant village center. TRDC plans to develop 31 acres located on the Northeast corner of Thompson and Torrey Roads, which is situated on the eastern edge of Fenton Township’s master plan downtown district.
